This is the most important kitchen role we have. You bake our signature milk buns and lead all prep and production before food ever reaches the counter. You are the custodian of our recipes and our consistency.
What you'll do:
- Bake our milk buns daily to a set standard (dough by feel, proof by eye)
- Form patties from whole cuts; build the cheese cores; prep sauces and components to recipe
- Send daily par to the outlet cold, labelled, and on time
- Keep production records; run the commissary to FSSAI standard; guide the helper
You'll need:
- 3+ years in a bakery, commissary, or production kitchen with real baking skill
- Ability to read dough and hold a recipe to the gram, batch after batch
- Organised, hygienic, trustworthy, able to work an early shift independently
We offer: ₹20–30k, festival bonus, a high-trust lead role, and growth as we scale across outlets.
