Excellent verbal communication in English
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle inbound customer calls
Address customer queries effectively
Promote and guide customers on products/services
Understand business objectives and achieve performance targets
Willingness to work in US night shifts
Ability to quickly learn and use company tools and applications
