Job Summary
We are looking for a QA with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should be capable of validating application quality, testing APIs, analyzing KPIs, and supporting defect debugging across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual and automated test cases for web and API applications
Validate functionalities, integrations, and business workflows
Perform API testing using Postman and Charles Proxy
Identify, track, and assist in resolving defects
Analyze quality KPIs and provide test status reports
Collaborate with development teams for defect triaging and quality improvements
Skill Requirements
Manual and Automation Testing experience
Hands-on experience with Postman and Charles Proxy
Strong understanding of API Testing and web services
Experience in defect tracking, debugging, and root cause analysis
Basic to intermediate coding/scripting knowledge (Java/Python/JavaScript)
Test case creation, execution, and reporting
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Other Requirements
API Automation using Rest Assured, Selenium, or similar frameworks
Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
SQL and database validation skills
Experience in KPI/SLA evaluation and quality metrics reporting
Knowledge of performance or load testing tools
