Job Summary
We are hiring Personal Loan EMI Collection Executives responsible for managing assigned overdue accounts, ensuring timely EMI recovery, generating repayment commitments, and maintaining accurate collection records. The candidate should be target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally while strictly adhering to RBI recovery norms and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned personal loan EMI overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI reminders, overdue follow-ups, and repayment confirmations.
- Generate and follow-up on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and ensure timely conversion.
- Guide customers for digital repayment through UPI, payment links, auto-debit mandates, etc.
- Handle bounced EMI cases and re-initiate follow-ups.
- Update customer conversations, remarks, and payment status in CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and repayment-related queries.
- Escalate high-risk, repeated defaulters, or sensitive cases to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code, recovery guidelines, and data privacy norms.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary
- Preferred: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Finance, Banking, or Business background will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; additional local language preferred).
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer handling and objection management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-driven and disciplined work ethic.
- Understanding of ethical recovery practices.
- Must have experience in dialer.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Personal Loan / NBFC / Bank / Fintech Collections.
- Knowledge of bucket handling (1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ DPD).
- Experience in soft collection, early bucket recovery, and repayment counselling preferred.
