About the Role:
We are looking for result-driven BTL Sales Managers who can generate business through their existing corporate network in Gujarat. This is not a lead-support role — the expectation is to bring and close business independently using relationships.
This role is best suited for professionals who are confident in their network and want to earn significantly through performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through existing corporate connections across Ahmedabad & Gujarat
- Acquire new clients for:
- Brand activations
- Corporate events & annual functions
- Mall promotions & retail activations
- Exhibitions and on-ground campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Marketing Heads
- Brand Managers
- HR Heads
- Business Owners / Directors
- Manage the complete sales cycle:
- Lead generation (self-sourced)
- Client meetings
- Pitching solutions
- Negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and execution
- Drive repeat business and long-term client engagement
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BTL / event / activation sales
- Strong existing corporate network in Ahmedabad / Gujarat (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of closing deals independently
- Ability to bring active leads and business opportunities from Day 1
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Candidates with prior experience handling clients from:
- Pharma hubs
- Textile & diamond industries
- Engineering & manufacturing clusters
- Real estate and retail brands
- Trade shows & exhibitions

Compensation Structure (Performance-Focused):Fixed Salary:
Compensation in line with industry standards (based on experience and network strength)
Incentives:
- 5% – 10% commission on revenue closed
- Higher incentives for self-generated business
- Quarterly performance bonuses
Earning Potential:
₹12 LPA – ₹25 LPA+ (based on performance)

Performance Expectations (First 90 Days):
- Build a strong active pipeline through existing contacts
- Close initial deals within the first 2–3 months
- Demonstrate ability to generate consistent business independently
