The Spoken English Head will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the school’s spoken English program, focusing on enhancing students’ communication skills, fluency, and confidence across all grades.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a structured, level-based spoken English curriculum aligned with real-life communication and student needs
- Implement and monitor spoken English programs across all classes ensuring high teaching standards
- Introduce activity-based learning methods such as debates, role plays, presentations, and group discussions
- Train, mentor, and evaluate English faculty to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement
- Conduct workshops, demo sessions, and regular feedback sessions for teachers
- Enhance students’ fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and public speaking confidence
- Organize language clubs, competitions, and communication-focused events
- Develop and implement assessment frameworks to track student progress
- Maintain reports and present performance insights to school leadership
- Continuously upgrade the program using innovative tools, methodologies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in spoken English training or academic leadership
- Strong expertise in curriculum design and language pedagogy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience in teacher training and program management
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments
- Experience in schools, training institutes, or communication academies
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
