Job Overview
Spirehub Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and a willingness to learn business development strategies in the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Communicate with potential clients via email, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain records of client interactions and business activities.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, or any graduate degree.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
