We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and hands-on experience in food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant service staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts.
- Greet guests, assist with seating, and handle guest queries professionally.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation are maintained.
- Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service of food and beverages.
- Train and guide junior staff to maintain service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
- Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as Restaurant Captain / Senior Steward / F&B Supervisor.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
