Job responsibility :-
Thermal Power Plant Experience candidates Are applicable For this role
- Lead and manage complete steam boiler and steam piping operation, maintenance, and performance.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted steam generation and distribution to plant operations.
- Supervise operation and maintenance of boilers, steam lines, valves, headers, traps, PRVs, safety valves, and auxiliaries.
- Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, steam flow, feed water, fuel consumption, and efficiency.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for boiler and piping systems.
- Ensure proper steam balancing, pressure control, insulation, and heat loss reduction across the plant.
- Lead troubleshooting of boiler trips, leakage, pressure drop, steam loss, and piping failures.
- Coordinate with turbine, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and production teams for smooth plant operation.
- Ensure compliance with boiler safety rules, statutory inspections, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Manage shutdown planning, annual overhauling, hydro testing, refractory inspection, and piping maintenance.
- Control spares, maintenance cost, manpower, and budget related to boiler and piping systems.
- Drive reliability improvement, energy efficiency, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skill & Requirement :-
- Education :- B.E / B.Tech ( Elect )
- Experience :- 10 Year + (worked In CFBC 250 TPH Above )
