Job Summary:
The F&B Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. The role focuses on operational efficiency, guest experience, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of restaurant and bar
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all F&B areas
- Train and guide service staff to maintain service quality
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions of food and beverages
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and daily reports
- Support in achieving revenue targets and cost control measures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in F&B operations (hotel/restaurant preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
