Job Title: Architect
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to assist in planning, designing, and executing architectural projects. The candidate will support senior architects in preparing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring projects are executed as per approved designs and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Drafting
- Assist in preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings
- Develop 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Prepare conceptual drawings and presentation materials
- Modify drawings as per client or senior architect’s feedback
2. Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed as per drawings
- Resolve minor design-related site issues
3. Documentation
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications
- Maintain drawing records and revisions
- Assist in approvals and submission drawings
4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Support project planning and timelines
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of AutoCad/ SketchUp / Revit / Lumion preferred
- Basic knowledge of building bye-laws and construction processes
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
