Job Title: Rajasthani Chef

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Rajasthani Chef to prepare authentic Rajasthani cuisine for a private residence/hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of traditional Rajasthani recipes, cooking techniques, and regional specialties while maintaining the highest standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Rajasthani dishes, including traditional curries, breads, snacks, desserts, and festive meals.
- Plan menus based on client preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Source fresh ingredients and monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with management or the household regarding meal planning and special dietary requirements.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage of food items.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Rajasthani Chef.
- Expertise in preparing traditional Rajasthani cuisine such as Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Laal Maas (if applicable), Bajra Roti, Rabodi, Panchmel Dal, and regional sweets.
- Experience in private residences, luxury hotels, heritage hotels, restaurants, or catering operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high culinary standards.
- Professional, reliable, and well-organized.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
