Job Summary
The Consultant (SAP FICO Foundation) will be responsible for providing expertise in SAP FICO Foundation to support financial and accounting processes and systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
5-6 years of total experience in SAP FICO. Should have been part of multiple ECC/Central Finance support projects along with at least one S4 HANA implementation project
Must have in depth understanding of FICO processes covered or related to GL, AR, AP, AA, IO, CCA, PC, COPA, Integration, tax processes etc. Good understanding of accounting concepts.
Must have good experience of Lock Box Payment process, Electronic Bank reconciliation (EBS), Revenue recognition, Dispute Management, Credit Management.
Must have experience of Product Costing and COPA (Ability of handling Support ticket related to Product costing and COPA
Must have working experience with SAP IDOC PROCESS
Good understanding of Allocation and Distribution cycle, SAP Assets Process.
Good understanding of FICO month end and year end activities)
Good have working experience with integration interfaces such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Experience in Consolidations and accounting processes in a Global, multi-currency environment.
Significant hands-on working experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA through implementation, go-live/stabilization, and production support lifecycles.
Working knowledge of System Landscape Transformation Server (SLT), Application Interface Framework (AIF), Application Link Enabling (ALE), and Master Data Governance (MDG).
SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules.
Experience in full implementation of SAP FI modules.
Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery.
Bachelors Degrees and Post graduate degree (MBA / CA) is required
Prior experience with creating configuration documents and mapping files, performing interface
Responsible for functional documentation of solutions and transfer of knowledge within the team.
Experience of working in Agile methodology will be an advantage.
Knowledge on the tools such as Service Now, HPQC, ADO, Jira is highly preferred.
Strong client facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Ability to work with Onshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.

Other Requirements
1.SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 2020) is preferred.
