Techno Force Solutions is looking for a Masters Chemical Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in reaction engineering, process development, pilot trials, or application engineering.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising reaction trials to generate data for reaction kinetics, preparing trial plans using the company’s in-house DOE software, guiding Diploma Chemical Engineering operators, analyzing trial data, preparing technical reports, and interacting with customers for technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan laboratory and pilot-scale reaction trials for studying reaction kinetics.
- Prepare DOE-based trial plans using the company’s in-house DOE software.
- Define trial objectives, operating parameters, sampling plans, and analytical requirements.
- Supervise Diploma Chemical Engineering operators during trial execution.
- Ensure trials are conducted as per approved protocol and required operating conditions.
- Review trial observations, log sheets, analytical results, and material balance.
- Study the effect of parameters such as temperature, pressure, concentration, residence time, catalyst loading, agitation speed, gas flow rate, and liquid flow rate.
- Generate data for conversion, yield, selectivity, reaction rate, reaction order, activation energy, and rate constants.
- Develop basic kinetic models from experimental data.
- Coordinate with analytical, pilot plant, instrumentation, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Interact with customers to understand process requirements and trial objectives.
- Prepare technical reports, trial summaries, presentations, and recommendations.
Pay: ₹790,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
