We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee management, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for hiring field sales staff and office employees, managing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field sales executives and office staff.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Develop HR policies and ensure company compliance.
- Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
- Resolve employee issues and maintain workplace discipline.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of HR/recruitment experience.
- Experience in hiring field sales teams and office staff preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and HR software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
