Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, and driving sales for software solutions such as ERP, CRM, SAP, Tally, Cloud, and other business services. The candidate should possess strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities for software and service offerings
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/products
- Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and coordinate demos with respective teams
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Manage complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and closures in CRM/Bitrix
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities
- Ensure timely response to client queries through calls, emails, and Bitrix communication
- Handle client objections and escalations professionally and effectively
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction during pre-sales and post-sales coordination
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Track daily sales activities and submit regular reports to management
- Ensure proper documentation and organized maintenance of client records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, software sales, or business development
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, SAP, Tally, or software solutions preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Bitrix, MS Excel, and sales reporting
- Strong follow-up and client-handling ability
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
