- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and generate interest in training programs.
- Identify and qualify leads to create and drive sales opportunities.
- Conduct virtual counselling sessions to explain courses / programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems/Excel.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Good interpersonal and counseling skills
- Confidence in handling virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Well-groomed personality with a professional approach
