About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience across the employee lifecycle and possess a strong understanding of HR processes, stakeholder management, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
* Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
* Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, exits, and overall employee lifecycle management.
* Maintain HR records, documentation, and HR MIS reports.
* Support employee engagement and HR operational activities.
* Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
Mandatory Requirements
* Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment.
* Experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and recruitment tools.

HR Generalist experience with exposure to:

* Payroll Coordination

* Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
