Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for printer-related issues.
- Take remote access of customer systems and troubleshoot hardware, driver, network, and scanning/printing issues.
- Find and Coordinate with local service engineers across India and ensure timely call closure.
- Identify and onboard local engineers wherever support is required.
- Track service tickets, follow up with engineers/customers, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain records of open and closed service calls.
Required Skills:
- Printer technical knowledge is mandatory.
- Good understanding of printer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with HP, Epson, Canon, or similar printers.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, printer drivers, networking, and remote support tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Note: Candidates without prior printer technical knowledge need not apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
