The Operations & Student Success Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Student Success Manager to build scalable delivery operations and ensure an exceptional learner experience.
This role will be responsible for coordinating learners, trainers, scheduling, customer success, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end learner lifecycle and engagement.
- Build scheduling and delivery processes.
- Improve learner retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams.
- Develop SOPs, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Drive customer success initiatives and renewals.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in EdTech, customer success, academic operations, or service delivery.
- Strong process orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Experience managing learner or customer engagement programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
