Job Summary
Image mobiles and Computers is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst Officer to support data-driven decision-making and improve overall business performance in our Mobile & IT retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in reporting, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to generate actionable insights
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports
Develop and maintain dashboards using MS Excel
Monitor KPIs and track business performance across departments
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
Support strategic decision-making with data-backed recommendations
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / MIS role
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, MBA, or related field
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail, mobile, or IT industry
Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
