Job Description:
We are hiring motivated individuals for the role of Freelance Insurance Advisor / Team Leader. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client financial protection needs and provide suitable insurance guidance
- Assist customers in selecting life, health, and general insurance solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships through networking and referrals
- Support customers with policy documentation, renewals, and service assistance
- Guide clients through basic claims-related processes when required
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
- For Team Leader role: Support, guide, and coordinate with advisor teams for business development activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Graduates preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or financial services experience is an advantage
- Freshers with learning attitude can also apply
