About the Role

Rax Tech International is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our Electronic Surveillance business in Mumbai and Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers and channel partners, and driving sales of electronic surveillance solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
Good understanding of Electronic Surveillance and Security Systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and manage channel partners.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for Electronic Surveillance solutions through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with System Integrators, Security Consultants, Facility Management Companies, Builders, Corporate Clients, Industries, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Retail Chains, Logistics Companies, Banks, and Government organizations.
Promote and sell Rax Tech E-Surveillance products and solutions, including: 1. AI Video Analytics 2. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) 3. Alarm Panels 4.CMMS
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Understand customer security requirements and recommend appropriate surveillance solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
