Schoenen Dis LLP is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
- Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Coordinate with candidates via phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview records.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Participate in real-time company projects and HR initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
