The Role
You own logistics execution and team coordination. Orders move, couriers are held accountable, SLAs are met, and the ops team has clarity every single day.
What You'll Own
- Daily shipment tracking across courier partners monitor SLA breaches, fix root causes
- Manage NDRs, RTOs, and delivery exceptions with data, not guesswork
- Daily check-ins with warehouse and fulfillment staff no ambiguity, no surprises
- Be the bridge between ops and CX when order issues arise
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years in operations is preferred
- Comfortable with Excel and shipment MIS
- Strong follow-through. If you commit to something, it happens.
- Noida-based or willing to relocate
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
