Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Executive to oversee daily bar operations, drive revenue through effective upselling, maintain compliance with FLR excise regulations, and manage inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader capable of handling a team of 6 bartenders while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bar Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer experience
- Ensure bar setup, closing procedures, and service standards are followed
2. Upselling & Revenue Generation
- Train and motivate staff to upsell premium beverages and signature cocktails
- Develop promotions and strategies to increase average spend per guest
- Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements to maximize profitability
3. FLR Excise Compliance
- Maintain and update FLR excise records accurately
- Ensure compliance with all local excise laws and regulations
- Coordinate with authorities during inspections and audits
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage bar inventory including stock ordering, receiving, and storage
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and ensure proper stock rotation
5. Team Management
- Supervise, train, and schedule a team of 6 bartenders
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
6. Customer Experience
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere
- Ensure prompt and courteous service at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Executive or Senior Bartender
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
- Experience in upselling and revenue generation
- Familiarity with FLR excise register and compliance requirements
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong inventory management and cost control abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software)
Working Conditions
- Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Standing for extended periods
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
