1. Monitor and verify the implementation of Quality Head’s Instructions Regarding Materials , daily to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance quality and efficiency. (Both on site and in Office)
2 Project-Specific Procedures
· Periodic material Testing as per MITP Plan
· Day to Day incoming Materials Inspections ( IMDR ) in coordination with Stores
· Periodic Material Reports Preparation on time.
· Verifying Shelf life of materials at site, daily.
· Weekly Quality Tool Box talks to workers
· Maintain a log of Quality Heads Circulars about materials
· Periodic / Potential visits to Supplier/ Manufacturers factories/ yards.
· Coordinate with External laboratory about test results / test schedules
3 Materials :- Corrective and Preventive Actions
· Coordinate and oversee the timely completion of corrective and preventive actions in response to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
4 Materials :- Non-Conformance Management
· Maintain records of internal material non-conformances and conduct follow-up activities to ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are taken to prevent recurrences.
5 Materials Documentation and Compliance
· Collaborate with project management to ensure the proper documentation, of materials
6. Follow-up of isolation and removal of Rejected materials from Site Premises
Qualification
1. Education
· DIPLOMA or / Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/ Dip )
2. Computer Literacy
· Proficiency in using computer applications and software for efficient quality control management.
3. Relevant Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in materials management of residential buildings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
