Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc.
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 -4 Years ( Cosmetic R&D )
Bio Avenues is a growing cosmetic manufacturing company committed to innovation, quality. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled R&D Executive to join our Research & Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, development, and formulation of new pharmaceutical products.
- Work on process optimization, scaling up, and validation activities.
- Perform stability studies, documentation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and Production teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs, and reports.
