Job Title: Network & System Administrator
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, SonicWall firewalls, Ruckus Wi-Fi, ISP connectivity, and network security.
- Administer Windows, Ubuntu, macOS, Active Directory, cloud domain controllers, file servers, and endpoint security solutions.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, MDM (Scalefusion/Intune), DLP, MFA, PAM, and endpoint protection platforms.
- Monitor network, server, and security performance; troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, AWS Workspace, RDP, and encryption-related issues.
- Perform system updates, patch management, vulnerability remediation, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, operational reports, and compliance-ready records.
- Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, VAPT, and other audit requirements, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
- Monitor SIEM tools, conduct log reviews, support incident response, and enforce security policies and best practices.
- Participate in change management, business continuity (BCP), and disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing.
- Lead infrastructure projects, vendor evaluations, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support, user training, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, SonicWall firewalls, Ruckus Wi-Fi, Active Directory, M365, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of networking, routing, VLANs, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, ITSM, MDM, and DLP solutions.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and automation tools (PowerShell).
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
