- Manage and execute regular patching activities for approximately 600 Windows servers.
- Coordinate and perform Windows server restarts after obtaining approval from the Bank team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve patch deployment and installation issues.
- Track and ensure timely installation of patches in line with the Bank’s patch management policies.
- Monitor the BigFix console and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Execute patch deployments, software distributions, and endpoint management tasks.
- Create, manage, and maintain device groups and fixlets.
- Perform routine health checks on endpoints and servers.
- Collaborate with the Bank Admin team to log, track, and resolve incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation for operational procedures and ticket handling.
- Provide basic technical training and guidance to L1 teams and Bank users.
- Participate in roadmap discussions and support infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Assist with Windows server upgrade activities and maintenance planning.
- Provide support during Bank working hours and scheduled maintenance windows
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
