The job role is of a Customer Relationship Manager for a premium ethnic wear brand. As a CRM, it is the 1st point of interaction with the client. The main roles as a CRM includes:
- Managing the customer flow and forwarding to the Consultants and stylists accordingly.
- Keeping a record of the flow of clients and updating the CRM report accordingly.
- Following up with the clients, managing appoints, taking feedbacks.
- Following up for payments and deliveries.
The candidate must be confident in updating with the client, managing the flow, and keeping the records. The candidate must be having experience in CRM, and having a previous experience in fashion and retail will have an edge.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
