Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database performance and security.
- Monitor database health and implement necessary updates or patches to maintain system stability.
- Assist in the documentation of database configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on database-related tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, backup, and recovery techniques.
- Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
- Familiarity with database security best practices and access control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
