Job Description – Factory Operations Executive

Position Overview
We are looking for a Factory Operations Executive to manage end-to-end planning and execution of festival and corporate gifting orders. The role will be responsible for coordinating production, packaging, inventory, dispatch, and timely delivery of large-volume corporate orders while ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Planning & Coordination
- Manage retail stores,festival and corporate gifting orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Packaging, and Logistics teams.
- Prepare production schedules based on order quantities and delivery timelines.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely execution.
Production Management
- Plan daily production requirements for Mithai, Namkeen, Bakery, Dry Fruits, and Gift Hampers.
- Ensure adequate manpower allocation across production and packaging units.
- Track production output and minimize delays.
Inventory & Procurement Coordination
- Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials.
- Maintain stock records and consumption reports.
Packaging & Quality Control
- Ensure proper packaging as per customer specifications and branding requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on products and gift hampers before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics partners.
- Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve operational issues.
Team Management
- Supervise factory staff, packers, and temporary manpower during peak festive seasons.
- Ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct daily operational review meetings.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain order trackers, production reports, dispatch reports, and inventory reports.
- Provide regular updates on order fulfillment status and operational performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Operations, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in factory operations, food manufacturing, gifting, FMCG, or festive order management.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak festive seasons.

Reporting To: Head of Factory Operations / CEO
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
