- Maintain Airtable databases

- Monitor assignment completion
Process Documentation
- Write SOPs
- Document workflows
- Create process maps
- Help automation engineers understand operational requirements
Reporting & Quality Control
- Review submitted reports
- Verify completeness
- Ensure data accuracy
- Escalate issues when necessary
