- Strong experience in frontend development using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in TypeScript and deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Hands-on experience designing and building scalable APIs (REST / GraphQL)
- Practical experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Strong experience in building AI-powered applications (chatbots, voicebots, automation tools)
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and response optimization
- Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG pipelines
- Strong expertise in minimizing and controlling AI hallucinations through prompt design, grounding techniques, validation layers, and response guardrails
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and data handling
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security best practices
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience with testing, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with high ownership
