We are looking for an experienced sales coordinator for one of valued clients. The job location is at Topsia, Kolkata.
Candidates are required to work physically from office location for this position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure retention of existing clients and acquistion of prospective clients
- Strong involvement in customer relations to identify and resolve any customer grievances
- Dealer Development and Relationship Management to ensure strong market presence
- Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Active presence on WhatsApp with 500+ vendor and distribution coordination groups
- Active in attending phone calls to ensure prompt responses
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
