Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Fresher) to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with internships, freelance experience, or a strong portfolio who are passionate about visual design and video storytelling.
The selected candidate will assist in creating engaging graphics and editing videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and real estate project promotions. Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional creatives for digital platforms.
- Assist in creating brochures, flyers, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Design property flyers, project brochures, and presentation decks.
- Create website banners, email creatives, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files for marketing collateral when required.
Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and event videos.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, background music, and simple motion graphics.
- Resize and optimize videos for different digital platforms.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
Creative Content Support
- Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Support the marketing team with creative ideas for social media and branding.
- Help develop engaging visual content for festivals, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media content formats.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers during shoots when required.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and make design revisions.
- Manage assigned creative tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and storytelling.
- Creativity with a strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Software & Tools
Graphic Design
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Adobe InDesign (basic knowledge is a plus)
- Figma (basic knowledge is a plus)
Video Editing
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge is an advantage)
- DaVinci Resolve (optional)
Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Multimedia are an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internships, freelance work, academic projects, or a strong creative portfolio will be preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is not required.

- Motion graphics or animation samples (if available)
