Chalti Fashions is a growing women's ethnic wear brand specializing in unstitched suits, lawn suits, and festive collections. We sell through Instagram, WhatsApp, and retail orders across India.
We are looking for a Sales & Order Management Executive who can handle customer inquiries, manage online orders, and support daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram
- Provide product details, pricing, and availability to customers
- Take and confirm customer orders
- Collect customer details such as name, phone number, address, and pincode
- Create sales bills and order entries in the system
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for order processing
- Send payment details and tracking information to customers
- Maintain an order register or order sheet
- Ensure excellent customer communication and service
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred)
- Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software / Excel preferred)
- Organized and responsible personality
- Ability to handle multiple customer chats and calls
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years experience in sales, customer support, or retail store
- Experience handling online orders or WhatsApp sales will be an advantage
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
6 days working (Sunday optional / weekly off)
