Job Summary
Appsquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT Sales hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract and hire top talent. The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle hiring for IT Sales and related business development roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience in IT Sales recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
