Job Title : Compliance IT - Senior Developer - Trade Surveillance

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise surveillance applications using modern technologies and best coding practices.
- Lead end-to-end software development, including system design, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding standards.
- Develop AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to improve business processes.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS, DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business users, application owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring timely incident resolution.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Requisites
- Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM integration, RAG, and Text-to-SQL solutions.
- Experience with AWS services, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Knowledge of Data Lakes, ETL pipelines, Informatica, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Quantexa Developer Certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with Java development and trade surveillance platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and technical leadership abilities.
- Understanding of financial markets, surveillance systems, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
