Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ETO Sterilization Area:
Compliance with the targeted production compliance for ETO to ensure smooth production and material flow.
Ensure compliance of quality objective of ETO function.
To look after the day-to-day ETO operation, maintenance and compliances to various audits for ETO area.
To understand the safety requirements and ensure maintenance and sustain of electrical fitments and safety
fitments as per the laid down norms and operational guidelines.
Actively participate in implementing the validation initiatives and ensure predictable product flow for sterilization
process for ETO.
Responsibility for the upkeep of machines and its breakdown/ preventive maintenance.
Forecasts of machine spare parts for ETO.
Team goal setting, Trainings, Role & responsibilities distribution, empowering, rewards & recognitions.
Implement & complies SOP procedures, safety requirements & regulatory requirements.
Procurement / Negotiations / Rate contract for regular & new items.
Finance planning & spend / Budgeting planning i.e., R&M and Capex approval & justifications.
Should be able to handle multiple Audits & regulatory compliance.
Documentation – Change control, Deviations or Exception, Quality Notification, Qualification, URS, DQ, IQ,
OQ, PQ, PM schedule & Root Cause Analysis.
People Development / Employee Relation & Engagement:
To ensure smooth & un-interrupted utility operations at the most optimum cost.
Actively involved in Training and Development of shop floor associates i.e., adherence to Training Calendar,
Cross Functional Skills Capability Reviews, etc. by closely working with the Human Resources Function.
Ensure timely completion of Performance and Development Process i.e., individual objective setting,
coaching, performance evaluation (mid-year, probation, annual appraisals, accelerated growth plan for
unsatisfactory cases, etc.) and development planning.
Be a partner in sustaining and improving upon the Employee Relations.
To actively participate and drive people participation / involvement in people engagement initiatives.
Environmental Sustainability-
As a Plant Sustainability team, to work under the close coordination with WW OGS Team.
Coordinate & drive projects which lead to meet WW Sustainability targets.
1. Education:
B.E / B. Tech Degree – Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
2. Experience: 2 ~ 5 years
