About the Position
We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually engaging content that strengthens brand communication across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and digital campaigns
- Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and promotional creatives
- Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and business objectives
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing professionals to deliver impactful creative solutions
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design standards across all materials
- Revise and enhance designs based on project requirements and stakeholder feedback
- Explore new design trends, tools, and creative techniques to improve overall output quality
EligibilityFor Interns / Fresh Graduates:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative design roles
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar software
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Creative mindset with the ability to think conceptually and execute ideas effectively
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of video editing, animation, or motion graphics
- Portfolio demonstrating creative projects and design capabilities
- Experience in branding and social media creative design
