Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across retail stores
- Monitor store-wise sales performance and implement strategies for business growth
- Ensure high conversion rates, ATV (Average Ticket Value), and customer retention
- Analyse sales trends and prepare performance reports for management review
Retail Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of retail stores with adherence to SOPs and brand standards
- Coordinate with store managers for inventory planning, merchandising, staffing, and customer handling
- Monitor store audits, operational compliance, and process implementation
- Support new store launches and expansion activities
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and sales teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with HR for hiring and onboarding
- Build a high-performance sales culture across stores
Customer Experience
- Ensure premium customer service and relationship management
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Implement customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and repeat business
Strategy & Reporting
- Work closely with senior management on retail growth strategies
- Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational efficiencies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail
- Strong understanding of retail operations and team management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stores and teams efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting systems
Preferred Skills
- Multi-store retail management experience
- Strong sales planning and target achievement background
- Experience in luxury retail/customer relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
