About the role
Morbid Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for our office in Noida Sector 63. We are looking for someone who already has practical experience in digital marketing, AI video ad creation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
The candidate should be able to create high-performing ad creatives, run paid campaigns, analyze results, and improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Create AI-based video ads, reels, and short-form ad creatives
Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Write ad hooks, captions, scripts, and ad copies
Research competitors, trending ads, and viral content formats
Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, and AI video/image tools
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Create multiple ad variations for testing
Coordinate with the internal team for daily marketing creatives
Support overall digital marketing and growth activities
Required skills
Practical experience in digital marketing
Good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in AI video ad generation and short-form content creation
Basic video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Understanding of ad creatives, hooks, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
Creative mindset with strong ad research skills
Good English and Hindi writing skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Who can apply
Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience
Candidates with hands-on experience in paid ads and creative marketing
Must be comfortable working from office in Noida Sector 63
Should be serious, responsible, and result-oriented
