Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will be dedicated to maintaining quality and will leverage your deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions, ensuring a smooth user experience and fostering strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and mail flow configurations
Configure and support Microsoft Teams (policies, meetings, calling, collaboration features)
Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document libraries
Support OneDrive for Business (storage, sharing policies, sync issues)
Handle user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning)
Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, Teams connectivity, and collaboration tools
Implement and maintain security and compliance policies (DLP, retention, access controls)
Work with Azure AD (Entra ID) for identity and access management
Monitor service health and proactively resolve incidents
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for governance and compliance
Support migrations (on-prem to cloud or tenant-to-tenant)
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Professional & Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) suite
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
Experience with mail flow, connectors, and email security
Knowledge of Teams administration (policies, governance, troubleshooting)
Experience managing SharePoint permissions and site collections
Understanding of OneDrive sync and sharing mechanisms
Proficiency in PowerShell for M365 administration
Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and MFA
Experience in troubleshooting end-user and service-level issues
Additional Information:
- Experience in M365 migrations and hybrid environments
- Knowledge of security & compliance tools (DLP, eDiscovery, retention policies)
Familiarity with automation and scripting
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Server.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
