About Dhyan Chess Academy
Dhyan Chess Academy is a leading global online chess academy founded and led by a Woman International Master (WIM) and FIDE Instructor. We provide structured, curriculum-based chess education to students across multiple countries and are committed to building future champions through high-quality coaching.
We are expanding our academic team and are looking for passionate, disciplined, and long-term-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Chess Trainers.
This is a serious teaching role for individuals who believe in structured learning, accountability, professionalism, and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging online chess classes for children and young learners.
- Deliver lessons according to the academy's curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback where required.
- Maintain professional communication with the academic and management team.
- Attend internal training sessions and meetings whenever required.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong understanding of chess fundamentals.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not compulsory.
- A laptop or desktop with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet and professional teaching environment.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach children with patience, clarity, confidence, and authority.
- Highly punctual, responsible, disciplined, and committed to long-term employment.
Working Schedule
- This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
- Classes are conducted on Sundays as well. Candidates should be comfortable taking classes on Sundays whenever scheduled.
