Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. The SAP Treasury Solution Expert will be responsible for the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Treasury solutions with a strong focus on Advanced Payment Management (APM) and In-House Banking (IHB)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role supports key treasury processes including POBO, Netting, Cash Pooling, and Accounts Receivable Factoring.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions within the SAP FSCM TRM domain.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to treasury and risk management systems.
- Experience in integrating SAP FSCM TRM modules with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
