Job Summary:
We are looking for a Course Advisor responsible for introducing our courses to customers and students, explaining benefits, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce and explain course details to customers and students
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and inquiries
- Build interest in courses and address queries professionally
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions (closure)
- Maintain lead data and update records regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Achieve sales/admission targets
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Good and presentable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
