Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong communication
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
Explain courses, fees structure, placements, and career opportunities to students and parents
Maintain enquiry and admission records properly
Coordinate with management and trainers regarding student onboarding
Conduct counselling sessions and guide students in choosing suitable courses
Generate new leads through marketing activities, references, and partnerships
Support registration and admission process from enquiry to enrollment
Maintain professional relationships with students and parents
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in education sales / academy counselling preferred
Knowledge in lead generation and follow-up process
Target-oriented mindset
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and CRM/Excel knowledge
Ability to work independently and as a team
