Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients in Tamil-speaking regions
- Present and promote company products/services effectively
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English (preferred)
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (0–3 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Target-oriented mindset
